Here's a cheaper chrome stem with positive rise. The VO Quill Stem is a smooth welded chrome plated 1-inch stem. It has a positive rise of 17 degrees and a clamp of 26mm. Overall stem length is 190mm, with 120mm above the minimum insertion line.
