These are designed to hold water bottle cages on bikes without brazed mounting points. They work best with cages that have an extended mounting area, and only on non-oversized frame tubes. They will not work with cages with short mounting tabs, such as the current Velo Orange cages. Supplied in pairs (enough for one bottle cage).
