Fits 700c, 27, 26 and 650b bikes. There are four brackets for light mounting. There is a bracket to secure your fender to the rack - no rattling! Also note the sleek pannier/attachment straps over the mounting surfaces. Mounting kit included. The Porteur rack mounts to the dropout eyelet and brake bolt (or front crown hole). Rails included.
