These VO Quill Stems feature a simple 2-bolt removable faceplate for use with modern 31.8mm clamp diameters and alt-bars such as VO's Crazy Bar. Now there's no limit to the cockpit setup for your classic roadie, tourer, mtb or any other bike with a 1 inch threaded stem.
