Decaleurs are traditional quick-release mounts for handlebar bags. Unlike some modern bag mounts, they hold the bag low for better handling and to keep the handlebars clear. VO fork mount decaleurs are mounted on the fork steerer tube either under the headset locknut or within the spacer stack. Full stainless steel construction. Receiver uses a 3mm thick spacer.
