Extended handlebar mounts fit 2.2cm and 1 diameter handlebars, and are 1 3/4 apart to allow for gear and brake cables. The baskets have 2-piece legs that extend from 35.5cm to 56cm and mount either to the axle or fork holes on bikes with front wheel quick releases. Made in the USA
